Whether „Warme Filmtage“, „Kulturenherbst“, (transl. "Hot Film days", "cultural autumn"), various course offers or participation in the annual CSD – at Gerede e.V, there is always something going on culture wise. Every last Wednesday of each month is marked by the „MittwochsKultur“ (transl. "Wednesday culture") at Gerede - art openings, movie nights, discussion groups, lectures and more. Here, issues like society, political backgrounds, art, films and human relations are connected with each other.

Lisa stellt sich vor: "Ich bin Lisa, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Gender Studies an der Universität Oldenburg. Im Rahmen meines Studiums mache ich ein dreimonatiges Praktikum beim Gerede e.V. Der Verein ist eine tolle Sache und ich möchte mich, mal ein bisschen weg von der staubigen Theorie, gern praktisch einbringen, lernen und unterstützen wo ich nur kann."
