We provide good coffee, other delicious beverages and tasty snacks at reasonable prices - you only have to take some time and make it pleasant and serene! Whether talking to other guests or your personal friends, you are able to receive the latest news from the gay-scene, or browse the media library, or ask the nice Café service about Gerede or just have a relaxed time simply sitting there - we leave it up to you! The main point is that you stop by, whether it’s just for fun, or because of our events or other actions.
Besides there are also brochures, flyers, cards and journals (Blu, L-Mag, box) from the gay, bi and trans world, two computers, the possibility to purchase Pride articles and a great kicker game waiting to be challenged by you.
Therefore don´t think for too long, just come over!

HONORARY WORK - CAFÉ
Our Café shall be a place for all kinds of young people, a popular place for conversation, leisure time and a good cup of coffee. We would be happy if you became a part of it!
If you like to deal with people, if you like to lay your hands on good drinks and snacks and like to tell curious people about the latest news of the scene and communities and our association, then you are at the right place.
You should be between 16 and 27 years
old and have lots of fun doing voluntary activities. You will meet new people, spend satisfying afternoons and have lots of experience in dealing with diverse people and with the organization of a café.
Whether it be at the media library, the boys’ or girls’ day or our Wednesday-culture event, we welcome any support and you too!

Lisa stellt sich vor: "Ich bin Lisa, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Gender Studies an der Universität Oldenburg. Im Rahmen meines Studiums mache ich ein dreimonatiges Praktikum beim Gerede e.V. Der Verein ist eine tolle Sache und ich möchte mich, mal ein bisschen weg von der staubigen Theorie, gern praktisch einbringen, lernen und unterstützen wo ich nur kann."
